Phase 3 of the Hideaway Station Development was dedicated to the design and development of a 4-story, 44,000 SF condominium complex with 34 efficient yet luxurious 1 BR and 2 BR residential units as well as a 15,00 SF underground parking garage. Other amenities include an interior  bike storage room, ski lockers, dog wash and a private hot tub for residents.

Known locally as Terminal East, this residential structure stands at the corner of two interior streets, and offers an inviting, beautifully landscaped entrance court for residents and Winter Park visitors to gather in the warm summer sun or after a great day on the slopes. 

​

Each of the residential units boasts a pleasing material palette, generous bedrooms and spacious living, dining and kitchen spaces, while stout fieldstone, warmly-colored cladding, large windows and western-influenced cornice lines distinctly characterize the exterior facades, adding great depth and value to the entire development site.
