Best New Addition to Downtown Winter Park Hideaway Station

Another important feature of the Hideaway Station Development project is the 43,500 SF attainable housing complex that offers (38) 1 or 2-bedroom living units adjacent to the Fireside Market building.

 

Winter Park Development agreed to build these units and sell them back to the Town of Winter Park so that employees of local resorts and businesses might have more opportunities for affordable residences. Shortly after completion, all units were sold out to qualifying applicants. 

 

In addition, a 60,000 SF / 142-vehicle precast parking structure was built for market patrons and the residents, as well as provide a pedestrian link between the market and the other buildings on site.
